PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday to celebrate the completion of an Upstate bridge.
The Crowe Creek Bridge in Pickens County closed over the summer when part of the bridge collapsed. Officials said the bridge had already been scheduled for replacement due to age and condition, and that the project was expedited to restore access as quickly as possible.
