In the over 100 year history of Iowa high school wrestling, only 36 wrestlers have won four individual state titles.
At this week’s 2026 Iowa high school boys state wrestling tournament, which wrapped up on Feb. 21 in Des Moines, two more names were added to the historic list, Dreshaun Ross of Fort Dodge and Blake Fox of Osage. Those names, along with the 34 others, will reverberate throughout Iowa wrestling history as fans reminisce over the years.
In total, 34 boys have won four titles and two girls have earned the honor. Here is a look at all 36 four-timers, in chronological order:
