APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) – Appleton police announced Monday morning a man suspected in connection with damage caused in downtown over the weekend has been identified.
Police said the person of interest self-reported to the Appleton Police Department. Police didn’t release his name.
The damage happened during the early morning of Sunday, Feb. 22, on the 200-block of W. College Ave.
While police did not connect the man to the vandalism of an ice sculpture, the Center for Suicide Awareness confirmed Monday that this is the person they believe destroyed their ice sculpture over the weekend…
