NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – A cold front has brought a significant cool-down and dangerous fire weather conditions to the area today.
A Wind Advisory is in effect as winds could gust up to 40 miles per hour behind a cold front, lasting through the afternoon and into the evening.
Dry dew points combined with those gusty winds have also prompted a Red Flag Warning through the afternoon — do not burn outdoors today…
