Zachary Clark is a design engineer and project manager at Electroform Company Inc. in Machesney Park, Illinois, where he plays a key role in guiding plastic injection mold projects from concept through completion. Electroform Company, based in the Rockford, Illinois area, specializes in the design and build of high-quality, complex injection molds, including multi-cavity, hot-runner, stack and multi-shot tooling, as well as custom mold components. The company is widely recognized for its tight-tolerance machining, long-lasting tooling and consistent build quality that supports customers from prototype development through high-volume production across multiple industries.
Clark grew up in the moldmaking industry as part of Electroform’s family-owned business. With six years of full-time experience, he has worked closely with highly skilled moldmakers, building a strong foundation in mold design, project management and shop-floor collaboration. He holds an associate degree in business management from the University of Iowa, which complements his technical responsibilities with a practical understanding of operations and leadership.
Active in industry outreach, Clark is an AMBA member and is deeply involved in workforce development efforts. He works with local schools, including Harlem High School and Hononegah, to introduce students to machining, engineering and hands-on moldmaking.
