EUGENE, Ore. — Traffic on Beltline Highway was snarled for hours after multiple crashes were reported early on Monday morning, blocking lanes in both directions and prompting a response from the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT).
The Eugene Police Department (EPD) tells us two separate crashes were reported at approximately 4:00 a.m. in the westbound lanes.
