The mix spans activewear, boutique fitness, furnishings, coffee, and a limited-run arts pop-up, with two buildouts slated to start this month and spring openings targeted for 2026. The open-air center features 45+ shops and restaurants, with anchors and major brands including Life Time, Macy’s, and Ralph Lauren.
