CAMPBELL COUNTY, Ky. (WXIX) — The coroner has identified the person who was found inside a vehicle that was upside down and submerged near the Ohio River.
Faith Jenkins was identified by the Campbell County Coroner’s Office after her body was found in Lloyd Creek on Saturday.
