An Oakwood man has been sentenced to at least 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to a rape charge in Hall County Superior Court.
Shevaughn Chadwayne Davis, age 26, pleaded guilty to one charge of rape in the case, after he was initially charged with two counts of rape, one count of incest and one count of child molestation. The charges stemmed from sexual acts Davis committed against a girl under the age of 16 between May and July of 2024.
