ATLANTA — UPS said in a statement it is expanding one of its Atlanta-area facilities while closing another nearby location as part of a broader effort to modernize its U.S. delivery network.
The company said the changes are part of what it calls the largest network reconfiguration in its history, aimed at creating a more efficient operation and supporting future growth.
