CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A caretaker has been charged with allegedly abusing a 90-year-old woman with dementia.
Dhyshamier Holmes, 27, of Harrisburg, was seen on video yelling and cursing at the victim, East Pennsboro Township police wrote in charging documents.
