GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Greensboro man was arrested Sunday after allegedly strangling his former girlfriend and breaking into her home, police said.
Layor Joshua Williams, 30, faces charges including assault by strangulation, assault of an individual with a disability, breaking and/or entering, and misdemeanor domestic violence stemming from an incident Feb. 15 in the 3900 block of Hahns Lane.
