MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Marcus Cobbs is set to become the first person to face trial under Alabama’s gang enhancement law, with jury selection underway Monday in a Mobile courtroom.
Cobbs was arrested in November 2024 and faces charges of marijuana trafficking and criminal enterprise.
