Jeremy Charles, 39, of Holtwood, was pronounced dead after the incident on railroad tracks around Greenfield Road in East Lampeter Township, near High Steel, according to the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office.
The coroner’s office responded to the scene on Monday, Feb. 23, where investigators found Charles near the tracks after what was described as a pedestrian struck incident.
