SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A tentative October trial date has been set for the man accused of killing his son and girlfriend.
An Onondaga County Judge has set a trial date of October 19 for David Huff. Huff faces charges of murder for the death of Jeremiah Huff, 11, and Yeraldith Tschduy, 32. Specifically, Huff is facing one count of murder in the first degree for both their deaths and two charges of murder in the second degree for each death.
