Custar man arrested after allegedly threatening to kill everyone at a BG business

Bowling Green Police arrested a Custar man on Sunday (Feb. 22) after he allegedly threatened to kill everyone at a local tow truck business.

James Smith, 26, was arrested for aggravated menacing, after a tow truck driver reported to police that he had informed Smith that his vehicle was illegally parked at a business on East Wooster Street, and that Smith would have to move it or it would be towed.

Smith allegedly told the tow truck driver that he has lots of guns at home. He then called the tow truck business and reportedly threatened to kill everyone at the business…
