Amtrak worker fatally struck by train in Lancaster County

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — An Amtrak worker was struck and killed by a train in Lancaster County on Monday.

The Lancaster County Coroner’s Office said the incident happened on the railroad tracks around Greenfield Road in East Lampeter Township.
