AKRON, Ohio (WJW) – A local man was found guilty Monday of his eleventh OVI conviction.
According to a press release from the Summit County prosecutor, Johnny Deloach, 59, was found guilty for his tenth drunk driving offense and his eleventh OVI conviction.
