A Summit County man is in jail after leading Portage County sheriff’s deputies on pursuit Feb. 20 in two counties in which speeds reached at least 124 mph.
Joshua Ned Walter Collmar Sr., 46, of Barberton was charged with third-degree felony failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and first-degree misdemeanor driving under suspension. He also was cited for a minor misdemeanor marked-lane violation.
