LINN COUNTY, Iowa — A Coralville man who drove the wrong way on Highway 100 and crashed head-on into a Linn County deputy’s SUV in early February has been cited.
Scott Rohwedder, 69, is charged with driving in the improper lane/wrong direction and failure to obey a traffic control device. Court records indicate Rohwedder is in custody.
