LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — The Little Rock Central High Policy Debate Team is bringing home a national championship!
Juniors Jack Liu and Shangyu Wu became the first ever team from Arkansas to win the Harvard University National Speech and Debate Tournament, the Little Rock School District said in a post to their Facebook page.
