ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A Mount Morris man was found guilty on several charges for an altercation with a police officer after he was accused of entering the girl’s locker room at a high school.
Franklin T. Houston, 28, was found guilty on Feb. 18 of resisting a peace officer causing injury, three counts of resisting a peace officer and one count of disorderly conduct.
He was found not guilty of trespassing and a separate count of resisting a peace officer causing injury.
