Ozark, Mo., man charged after shots fired in south Springfield Friday

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – An Ozark man has been charged after shots were fired in south Springfield Friday afternoon.

Investigators say Joseph Skibel, of Ozark, has been charged with second-degree terroristic threat, unlawful use of a weapon, and two counts of armed criminal action.

Investigators say officers were dispatched to 3600 S. National Ave. for a report of multiple shots being fired inside the Eustasis Psychiatric and Addiction Health building at 2:12 p.m…
