HOUSTON, Texas — A 20-year-old man has been charged with murder following a fatal shooting on Martin Luther King Boulevard, according to Houston police.
Andre Demetrius Ball, age 20, is facing charges in the 179th Criminal District Court for the shooting death of 25-year-old Devontray Laws. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. on Friday, February 20, at 6500 Martin Luther King Boulevard.
