SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A Springfield man pleaded guilty to charges after police say he assaulted a person in a wheelchair in April of 2023.
Brian Glanden served 120 days of shock time for the incident. He pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident leading to physical injury in September 2023.
