SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A Springfield man who traveled to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, on Feb. 11 is now waiting for a flight home after violence and fires broke out across the city and disrupted travel.
Jason Ray said he was staying at a condo, around 8 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 22, someone in his building began yelling about a fire.
“I thought the fire was in the building, but I looked out the window, and I could see that the whole bay area was completely full of smoke,” Ray said…
