NAMPA — Sometime in late January, sitting at the bar-top inside a downtown Boise restaurant led to a conversation about local breakfast spots with a flight instructor.
While names weren’t exchanged, he spoke about places he liked to eat around the Treasure Valley. His strongest recommendation was The Tower Grill at Nampa Municipal Airport.
