A boba franchise with Oregon roots is opening its first location in the Reno-Sparks area.
TeaCupFuls Boba Tea is holding a grand opening at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 28 at the Outlets at Legends in Sparks, the franchise’s newest store.
