SPOKANE, Wash. – Carl William Lindsey made his first court appearance today on charges of drive-by shooting and unlawful possession of a firearm in connection with a February 18 shooting in West Central Spokane.
Witnesses told police that they saw Lindsey fire a gun from a pickup truck near the intersection of W Maxwell Ave and N Howard and later wave his gun at traffic at a gas station on North Ash, according to court documents filed in Spokane Superior Court.
