WASHINGTON COUNTY, N.Y. (WRGB) — A Granville man is in custody after authorities say he stole a vehicle in Whitehall.
Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Skene Street on the night of February 8, where investigators say Stephen Williams Jr. stole a vehicle containing approximately $3,000 worth of valuables. That includes a purse and three debit cards.
