BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Tuesday is World Spay Day and one local shelter is doing its part to reduce overpopulation in our community.
Kern County Animal Services is hosting an event at the shelter, located at 3951 Fruitvale Ave. KCAS will be fixing pets for just $20, and if you reside within zip codes 93305, 93306, 93307, and 93308, services are free.
