BOCA RATON, FL – Mino Omakase is targeting a March opening at 114 NE 2nd St, Boca Raton, FL 33432, according to owner Paul Greenberg, who told Business Debut the team is in the final stages of preparation.
The concept is designed as a traditional omakase experience with a quasi members-only structure in an intimate, high-end setting.
What to Expect
Mino Omakase will feature a 10-seat omakase bar along with approximately 20 additional seats in a lounge area, accommodating about 30 guests total.
