CHARLOTTE, N.C. — For Lake Wylie resident Katie Britton, what started as a random thought turned into a whirlwind journey all the way to the bright lights of Wheel of Fortune. The longtime fan, UNC Charlotte graduate, and technical sales manager for Navitar never imagined she’d actually stand behind the iconic puzzle board — until a fast‑moving audition changed everything.
