Vehicle in fatal shooting on I-20 in Columbia was ‘engulfed in flames’ when troopers found it

COLUMBIA, S.C. — Richland County deputies are investigating a fatal shooting where they victim was found inside a burning vehicle on Interstate 20.

The incident happened around 2 a.m. Monday along Interstate 20 East near the Clemson Road exit, which is at mile marker 80.
