CLEVELAND, Ohio – The century-old former Cleveland Masonic Temple, last used for concerts several months ago, has gone on the market for sale, commercial real estate firm Newmark announced Monday.
No asking price has been released for the facility, valued by the county for taxing purposes at $716,000. But the listing by Richard Sheehan and Terry Coyne of Newmark notes significant capital improvements in recent years.
Just east of downtown at 3615 Euclid Avenue, the auditorium seating more than 2,200 people opened in 1919, with the rest of the building completed in 2021, according to the Encyclopedia of Cleveland History…
