GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Byron Martinez, an Ecuadorian national seeking asylum in the United States, was arrested by ATF and ICE on Division Avenue on Feb. 3.
Local immigrant rights groups hosted a press conference Monday afternoon, discussing Martinez’s legal fight against the federal government.
