A Canton man has been sentenced to serve 15 years in prison for charges in connection with a crash that seriously injured two women.
On Feb. 18, Superior Court Judge Tony Baker sentenced Deveric Louis Jones, 58, of Canton, to 30 years, with the first 15 years to serve in prison, for charges related to a 2025 serious injury crash in the Hickory Flat area, the Cherokee County District Attorney’s Office announced.
