LAKELAND, Fla. (WWSB) – A house cleaner has been arrested in Lakeland after deputies say she stole thousands of dollars in jewelry from a client, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies arrested 31-year-old Ashley Hernandez on Feb. 18.
The investigation began Feb. 13 when a 67-year-old homeowner told deputies she believed Hernandez had entered her master bedroom during scheduled cleanings and stolen approximately $11,500 worth of jewelry…
