MASON COUNTY, Ky. (WKRC) – Local 12 has obtained bodycam video showing the arrest of a Northern Kentucky caregiver accused of kidnapping an elderly woman. The video reveals more about the bizarre situation, which started in May’s Lick where friends of the 85-year-old woman reported her missing.
The woman’s former caretaker, Rita Lang, is charged with kidnapping her. The pair was found by police in Frankfort, Kentucky.
