A toddler is recovering in the hospital after being mauled by a dog at a park in Miami.
At around 10 a.m. local time on Friday, Feb. 20, Zoe Petranker from New Jersey was at Beach View Park in Miami Beach with her father, Andy Petranker, when they saw a man sitting on a bench with his dog, WPLG Local 10 reported.
The dog owner allegedly told Andy that the dog was safe around children. At that moment, 1-year-old Zoe petted the dog and walked away…
