A Sunday evening shooting at a Bellevue apartment complex left one person dead and another fighting for life in a Nashville hospital, according to police. Officers were called shortly after 6:45 p.m. to the 6900 block of Highway 70 South, where they found the violence centered at a multi‑unit complex in the Bellevue neighborhood. The surviving victim was rushed to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in critical condition, and authorities have not yet released either victim’s name.
