ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Center in the Square, a downtown Roanoke nonprofit that opened Dec. 9, 1983, is undergoing significant changes more than 40 years after its founding, including the departure of one of its original tenants and plans to add a rooftop observation wheel.
Center in the Square was created to attract people to downtown Roanoke.
