CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — The Chatham County district attorney spoke with WSAV Monday after residents shared their concerns about a business owner with invasion of privacy allegations living in their neighborhood.
Thomas Hinley is the owner of Capital Bee Company, a gift shop on Broughton Street in Savannah. He’s accused of watching a woman inside her home with spy cameras in spring 2024.
