Worcester – Officers of the Worcester Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop at approximately 1:03 am on Feb. 19 in the area of Southbridge Street. Upon determining the vehicle was operating with a revoked registration and without insurance, both the driver and passengers were asked to exit the vehicle.
An investigation took place during the stop, and officers located multiple bags containing suspected illegal narcotics, including crack cocaine and fentanyl, beneath the passenger seat. The passenger, identified as 31-year-old Juan Toro of Worcester, was taken into custody…
