VOLLEYBALL | Trinity Christian tabs alum Bradi Brister to take program’s reins after Neal’s exit to LCU

A familiar face is coming home to step into big shoes for one of the Hub City’s most tradition-rich volleyball programs.

Trinity Christian announced Monday that Bradi Brister will take over as the school’s new volleyball coach, replacing longtime Lady Lions’ coach Tyler Neal, who moved on to take the reins of the LCU program last month.

Brister is a 2018 Trinity graduate who played for Neal during a stretch when the program won four consecutive TAPPS state championships.

“Trinity Christian School has always been special to me, and it’s an honor to come back as head coach,” Brister said in a statement released by the school. “My goal is to invest in our student-athletes and help them grow as competitors, teammates, and young women of character, both on and off the court. Can’t wait to get started!”…
