“Last year, scams reported to the Federal Trade Commission by adults aged 60 and over reached $2.4 billion,” Barker explained. “That’s in one year. Now, most fraud goes unreported. So it is likely, experts believe, that that $2.4 billion is more like $80-90 billion a year in fraud. And primarily aimed at adults 60 and over.”…
