The family of a man who police shot and killed just after Christmas in 2024 has filed a $12.5 million wrongful death lawsuit against Lane County, the State of Oregon and several law enforcement officers.
On Dec. 27, 2024, three residents of Prindel Creek Farm in Tidewater witnessed the shooting death of Christopher Lee Clark Jr. as they and another man, Everett Scott Fuller, socialized in a shop on the property. Tyler Holloway, 26, called 911 to report the killing.
