One person was killed and three others injured after a head-on collision on the All American Freeway, between Cliffdale and Morganton roads late Monday, Feb. 23.
According to the Fayetteville Police Department, Joelle Danielle Sage Outlaw, 32, of Hope Mills, was driving a 2017 Mercedes-Benz C300 the wrong way on the freeway about 10:44 p.m. when her Mercedes collided with a northbound 2020 Volvo XC90.
