Bites and Bliss is a Fayetteville-based mobile catering business specializing in customizable grazing and treat experiences for events. Founded in March 2025 by best friends Jasmine Ridgway and Angela Williams, the business grew out of their shared love of charcuterie and hosting. Noticing that Fayetteville lacked a mobile charcuterie cart option, they set out to create a concept that could elevate events without the need for a full restaurant or storefront.
The founders began with a custom-built cart crafted by a Veteran friend and initially focused on charcuterie. Over time, Bites and Bliss expanded its offerings to include popcorn, cake bars, hot cocoa bars and other snack and drink concepts tailored to each client’s preferences. The emphasis is on customization and experience: guests can build their own plates, choose toppings and interact directly with Jasmine and Angela at the cart.
Bites and Bliss primarily serves private events, including weddings, higher-education functions and social gatherings such as girls’ nights, graduations and parties. Looking ahead, the owners envision multiple carts operating across North Carolina, including in the Raleigh–Triangle and Charlotte areas. They hope to have several bars running at a single event, as well as simultaneous events in different cities.
