Two Adams County auto salesmen accused of forgery, fraudulent business practices

BONNEAUVILLE, Pa. — Two Adams County men are facing more than 70 felony charges, 25 misdemeanors, and dozens of summary offenses related to their alleged fraudulent and deceptive practices conducted at the auto dealership where they worked.

Manuel Aguirre Tarin, 59, and his son, Andres Manuel Aguirre, 26, both of Biglerville, are charged with multiple counts of theft by deception, forgery, tampering with public records, unsworn falsification to law enforcement, deceptive business practices, misapplying inspection stickers, and dozens of summary offenses.

In all, they are accused of 171 offenses, according to State Police…
